30-Day Returns

Sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.  That's why we have a 30 Day Return Policy.

    TERMS

    Cancellations 

    • Requests must be received by Grid Harmony prior to order shipment to be eligible for a full refund, while those received after order shipment will be subject to our Returns policy below.

    Returns

    • Timing: Defective/damaged returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. All other returns have 30 days from (inclusive of) the date of delivery.
    • Cost: Grid Harmony will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. For all other scenarios, customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
    • Condition: Items not confirmed as defective or damaged must be in 'like new' condition (no visual signs of wear or issues due to use) and contain all original packaging and accessories. Items returned that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

    Refunds

    • Refunds for cancellations and returns are issued to the original payment method.
    • Confirmation that your refund has been processed will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
    • Please allow 7 days for receipt in your account after the date of processing.
