Grid Harmony currently ships domestically within the continental United States.
Unfortunately, the following US states, locales/regions, or address types are currently not eligible for shipment:
- Alaska / Hawaii
- American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), or Post Office Box (PO)
- International (non-US) countries
FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt and that we've pre-authorized your credit card for purchase.

Inventory Reservation:

In-Stock: If the item(s) in your order is in stock, we process the charge to your credit card and proceed to packaging.
- Out-of-Stock or Back-Order: If the item(s) you ordered is out-of-stock or on back-order, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.

In-Stock: If the item(s) in your order is in stock, we process the charge to your credit card and proceed to packaging.
- Logistics:
- Departure: In-stock items ship within three business days from the date of transaction.
- Tracking: Within 24 hours of warehouse departure, you will receive tracking details at the email address you provided during checkout. Contact support@gridharmony.com if you do not receive said communication.
- Transport: Depending on size/weight, your item(s) will ship via ground or freight using select carriers as determined by our warehouse location(s).
- Delivery:
- Upon arrival at your residence or business, please be sure to inspect the packaging of your item(s).
- Note that orders comprised of mixed product types or brand manufacturers may arrive in separate packages at different intervals.
- Should you observe any damage, make note or do not agree to accept delivery if contents are perceived as irreparably compromised.
- If package contents are conditionally accepted as compromised or determined to be so after receipt, immediately take photos of the damage using your smart phone/camera, email them to support@gridharmony.com, and we'll respond within 24 hours of receipt.
